Image, Media and other files are successfully uploaded on to the server and are visible as normal. However, our users want to delete an uploaded file. Is there an option to do this that I have missed?

 

Also, I do not get the nice icons at the top right of the Insert window, other than the New Folder one. Should the option be there? Or, how do I add an icon to make it so there?
