I am having a problem with multiple image maps and can recreate the problem here:

 

 

The problem goes like this.  Remove all content.  Add a big image like the gladiator image.  Open up image maps and add a new one.  The map is in the center by default, scroll up to see it (wish it would auto focus) then drag to top left onto crowes face.  Now add another image map and scroll to find it.  When you click it it the image jumps to the top and the mouse will not be positioned on it.  It will be like 400pixells below the mouse and there will no way to move that other map down below the first one.
