We're having a few issues with the table editor and accessible headers (<th> elements).

1. There appears to be no way to use the editor to create a row of <th> elements, or change a <td> to <th> other than changing it in the HTML.

2. Even once we've gone in and changed the cells in the row to <th> elements when you insert a new column, the cell inserted to the row is <td> and not <th> like the other cells around it.

Are there plans to support this in the future, or is this already supported but I'm just missing something?
