Seems like it is all set now.

 

I've got a combination of issues:

1) This issue may happen because of slow internet channel - some scripts take a while to download, so I had that unexpected behaviour for all examples, including example form your site, while doing insertion quick. This might be caused by IE cache setting 'always update files' as well - not pretty sure

2) Package I've downloaded from your site nearly a week ago (6.1.2 release) appeared to be not the latest one. However, current version is 6.1.2 as well - I've downloaded it again and ensured that releases does not match. May be, it was overriten locally by someone on my side - so it could be completely my fault.
