I think he's talking about your site here, but if he isn't you can try www.bonnydune.com -> cattalk -> leChat  because about 20% of my users are  doing this - and getting the response he talks about. Understand this: she did nothing. The site keep recycling while she watched helplessly. I have had it happen to me, too. And 1 out of 5 of my users have had this happen to them ! This is not acceptable behavior.  My site (dotnetnuke) is professionally hosted and runs everything else I have put on it.
