We're looking at various text editors with a view to using them for our clients development needs, so I need to talk about licensing before we go any further with CuteSoft.

 

Our internal setup is a development server with IIS and database, which is accessed by the staff using domains (http://site1.us.local, http://site2.us.local, etc).  There is only one .NET developer with Visual Studio 2008 who will be doing the programming and integration of Cute Editor on his local machine.

 

Our client's sites are on multiple servers, so we will need to distribute it without restrictions on domains, ip or applications.

 

Am I correct in thinking that a single Developer license at $499 will suffice?
