    Email Feedback

    When there are no agents available, Live Support allows the user to leave a message. The message is stored in the "Feedback" table. Is there a way to have the message emailed to a specific email address rather than storing it in the Feedback table? Otherwise, is there a way to email it along with storing in the database.
     
    Basically, we would like to email the message to a support rep to receive on a mobile device.
