    Problem with using CE in modal popup in version 6.1

    I've been using CuteEditor 6.0 by having it included in AjaxControlToolkit modal popup control.
    After upgrading  to CE 6.1 it bacame unusable as CuteEditor now uses itself modal popups for its functions and they coming behind the popup in which CuteEditor located.
    Is there any possibility to make the CuteEditor 6.1 popups coming on top of everything?
