More info from the developer: 

We had this problem in version 6.0, but it was fixed in 6.1 when we downloaded it.  CuteEditor.dll time stamped on 05/22. 

We downloaded the SourceSafe fix version and the problem returned.  CuteEditor.dll time stamped on 05/29. 

 

I'll download the new version from Friday night and test it all out.  Looks like the time stamp on CuteEditor.dll is 05/30.
