A while back we switched from Snitz to CS2007 integrated CuteChat 4. I'm having a problem assigning moderators though. it seems as though a couple will work and the rest will not with no real reason as to why. So what I'm curious about is if there is a known bug issue with assigning moderators to chat.

 

I even tried opening up the database myself and editing the table CuteChat4_Lobby with the users I want to moderate. And although they show up in the online moderators list, they do not have moderator control when they log into chat.
