Hi I bought Cute chat off your Australian reseller. Installed it from the msi installer and added the chat to the portal. Finally got the licience working after much toing and froing about. But I am having issues with the chat in that it keeps throwing the above message up. And no one can join the chat sucessfully. Do you have any advice or help you can provide?

Also why is it that the name shown in the chat room is the firstname in the dnn portal? How can I change it to the dnn username?
