When I try to use CuteEditor on a page, I only get this error:

"System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

This is for a larger page, but everything works if I replace CuteEditor with a regular textarea, so I know the problem does not lie somewhere else... I have tried the default test pages that ships with CuteEditor, and they work successfully.

Does anyone have any idea why I get this error with CuteEditor, or any ideas about how to resolve it?
