I just installed cute live support follow all the steps. Everything seems in place, but I can not connect the server from my workstation. The login and pass I use is the one I set up for the SQL database.
If I use live support operator, I got this error:
If I try to login at http://mydoaminname/livesupport/Login.aspx, I got this error
Server Error in '/livesupport' Application.
SQL Server does not exist or access denied.

error and where it originated in the code.
Exception Details: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: SQL Server does not exist or access denied.
As I checked, the mysql server is running fine, so what is the problem then? can anyone help?
