when I save this to the database it becomes like this:

"><a href="popUp('/CMS/Clients/6cf490c5-14b2-4eb0-bdae-acc3ed1dde3d/Uploads/exterior-3.jpg',"  600, 250, 200);? 338,>

is there a way to turn this off>? Thanks
