Justin,

change:

<b style='font-size:24pt'>[[Heading 1]]</b>
......
<b style='font-size:10pt'>[[Heading 5]]</b>

to

<h1>[[Heading 1]]</h1>
...
<h5>[[Heading 1]]</h5>

Now the editor will use your stlyesheet properties.
