I'm running DNN 4.6 and had installed LiveSupport approximately 2 months ago.  I just purchased the license today and installed the latest version because the temporary license key wasn't working.

 

When I try to connect using the client app, I get the following error:

 

Invalid object name 'CuteChat4_SupportDepartment', at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResonse, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall) at System.Web.Services.Protocols.....

 

Any ideas?
