The problem exists in your example:

 

Steps to reproduce (with skype toolbar installed):

1) Go to demo

2) Enter Phone Number in format accepted by skype (here in the UK format:  020 0000 0000)

3) Press Submit

4) Skype link appears in Editor

5) Click html mode and Skype code is in the html

 

Apart from uninstall/remove the skype toolbar can this be disabled/prevented?
