Open the CuteEditor.js.aspx, CuteEditor.htc.aspx... file, change
Inherits="CuteEditor.EditorUtilityPageWithCache"
To
Inherits="CuteEditor.EditorUtilityPage"
By doing this, CuteEditor will not use the cached file.
