I downloaded the latest build but it still happens.  It also continues to happen in your demo.

Just open the demo in Firefox.  Click the Fit To Window button to open full screen.  Now click HTML, now click Normal.

 

The editor is now pushed to the bottom of the screen and in some cases off the screen.
