We have noticed that in the Chat Transcripts section of the Live Support Operator Client we need to continually scroll to the right to read the message field and I noticed that by scrolling as far as I can with some of the lengthy messages, the content is being cut off.
2 questions:
- Is it possible to modify the Live Support Operator Client settings for the Chat Transcripts section messages to appear similar to how it appears to both the members and nurses when the chat is taking place?
- Is it possible to modify the Live Support Operator Client settings for the Chat Transcripts section so that the entire content of a lengthy message be displayed or is the entire chat transcript only available through the admin section?
