Yep they are behind a firewall.

 

I got them to try the demo again. This time they said they could edit the page fine, but when they clicked save, IE crashed.

 

I have another editor on a different network complaining that IE keeps crashing when using the editor too. Both have tried your site and it crashes IE.

 

Have you got any ideas on what to look for?
