I was able to get past this problem by disabling the certificate on my local computer - hopefully this is not the only solution on live site.  I am trying to get this working as a demo so my company can decide whether to use Live Support.


I am using the integration package - and have had difficulties with getting this to work with AD - but after a few days of trial and error I seem to have got this sorted.  Now I am getting the an error when I try and login as an Operator - I have set myself up as an operator (which again is weird as I can only add myself in - i.e. my AD user name - and not others!).


I can see this is being thrown in the webmethod SupportIsLogon() in the webservice... but I cannot override this method or work out what is happening. 


This is all proving rather time consuming and we really just wanted something easy to integrate with our site.  It seems like this product is too time consuming to implement.

I have followed all instructions and videos.
