Our operators have been receiving this exception every so often:
Failed to connect to chat service:
System.Exception: Failed to connect server:ERROR,Operator already online
at CuteSoft.Chat.WinClient.SupportClient.Connect()
at LiveSupport.MyApp.RunInternal()
Any idea what could be the reason? The website is fine and working.
