Adam, sorry, but you are really ignoring the many issues we have posted here.

 

Don't you think ignoring our messages is impacting on your company's sales? Many of these issues are circulating the Internet and by not responding to them all you are doing is discouraging new customers from buying your product.

 

Standard tech support courtesy simply requires some kind of answers, but to continually just ignore the topics is quite rude and certainly doesn't give your potential customers the comfort they expect when paying significant money for CuteEditor.
