Sorry I did not answer. The Url is not visible externally. I have been looking at this all afternoon and cannot see why this is happening.

 

I am using your default.aspx page too  - same problem.

Treble checked references and paths

Removed an old cuteEditor.dll from GAC download cache

Removed all css files, checked images, .js files can be seen ok according to the paths in the page source (with and without the .aspx extensions)

ensured the http handlers are in the main web.cofing (tried it with them in both separately and together)

 

am baffled .....
