Thanks for the answer but there are 2 problems with it:

2. If the user clears all the content, then the Change event won't be fired (because the HTML = "").

 

We'd already thought this through and discounted the idea of checking for empty HTML. First because the HTML is never empty (we have default HTML) and we can't compare to the default HTML because each user can set their own default HTML...

 

Any other thoughts?
