We purchised CuteEditor recently. When I tryed to register it I got the following error:

"The License for Editor is not valid. You are using a domain license file. The domain name in the license file doesn't match the actual domain name (my_domain_name) of the site"

 

These are my attempts to make it work:

 

1. I checked already the domain name and it is exactly the same as it is supposed to be.

2. Upgrated to the newest version (the one advised in the registration email) and still no change.

3. Tested in different browsers to check if it was a browser issue but I sitll got the same error.

 

Do you have any suggestions?
