Pressing [Enter] creates next line with   in it

    Pressing [Enter] creates next line with   in it

    For example, if I press [Enter], then next line is:
     
    <div>&nbsp;<div>
     
    This means the user has to backspace to clear out that space.
     
    How to prevent this?
