I have the same problem: Editor Setting Can't Be Saved, only that mine doesn't show randomly but always.

 

Adding <trust level="full" /> won't help. I'm working with the new 2.0 beta framework, and Visual Web developer 2005 Express Edition Beta.

 

Any suggestion?
