Is there any issue with having the dictionary folder outside of the bin?  I know it works from testing, but are there any issues with defining say a "dictionary" folder and pointing to that instead?  With 11 dll's in the application I'm adding this to, I'd prefer not to have to clutter up the bin folder any more than it already will be.
