Open \CuteSoft_Client\CuteChat\Skins\Normal\ChatUI.xml and find the following code:

<BottomPanel AutoDock="Bottom" Height="96" DockMargins="8,4,8,4">

to:

<BottomPanel AutoDock="Bottom" Height="120" DockMargins="8,4,8,4">
