WOW!

(To make myself not feel so stupid) When I copied the project from the Visual Studio IDE it didnt copy the DotNetGalleryFiles folder, once I uploaded that folder to the server it worked perfect. So Im going to put all the blame on Visual Studio. Thanks for all the quick help!
