We have installed Cutesoft trial version at our end. It works fine with some issues. Currently we are evaluating the Chat tool for one of the large Financial Client
- Private chat window reamains active even after logging off.
- All chat messages are logged to a database. However is their any way User Event's like "User ABC Logged In" or "User ABC Logged Out " are logged to the database.
- Can the most recent message is displayed at the Top
