Sorry for the late response.

You can put the gallery into a predefined DIV. Here is an example:

  <div align=center>
        <CE:Gallery
            id="gallery1"
            runat="server"
            FolderPath = "~/samplefolder"
            >
         </CE:Gallery>
</div>
