     Hey Adam,
     
    Did you ever find a solution to this thread:  http://cutesoft.net/forums/thread/26027.aspx?  We're having the same issue.  We have multiple users per machine and when one logs out and someone new logs in, the old person still displays.  I've tried updating the CuteChatClient table manually but no luck.  The DisplayName must be tied to the browser session because the name finally updates correctly after the session timeout.  Is there anyway to clear the session after disconnecting?  Do I have access to the Disconnect functionality and just don't know it?
