As far as i can make out (still getting used to IIS7) all files and folders have read and write permissions. As i said in my post the database demo is writing to the db from the text editor so this suggests permissions are ok.

 

Is there a configuration file i need to set before it will work? All i have done so far is overwrite the licence file.
