PROBLEM WITH CLIENT FILES IN VIRTUAL DIRECTORY

[DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Development\CuteEditorTest\Editor\Editor.cep'.]....

Has this issue been resolved or a fix in place. My company has also purchased the $1,400 Enterprise .NET license and I'm now having to test in 5.2 version to complete my task on our current web app. enhancement.

Is this issue going to be resolved anytime soon? (http://cutesoft.net/forums/permalink/30562/28800/ShowThread.aspx post started back in April 25, 2007)
What is the eta of a patch or config fix?

To complete .NET conversions of our applications I need this tool otherwise we are going to have to request a refund on the product.
