#1) The user base of Safari for windows is miniscule
#2) The windows version is beta

I checked my complex webapp on it just for fun. A few of my fancy JS features are broken on it. Yet they work on Safari on a Mac.

IMHO, there are plenty of issues that come before supporting a barely used beta version browser. Just a passing thought.
