Are you sure you get the above HTML code from word? Is there a typo?
We used Word to create the email, then sent it through Outlook. We then used our web client to view the email and then hit reply, which loads the message into the Cute Editor. We systematically removed lines of HTML code from the message until we found the line that caused the problem. The line above is exactly what was in the original message and when pasted into a blank editor in HTML mode, then switched to Normal mode, we get the lockup.
All that being said... not every version of Word creates that line of HTML.
