I've been having the same difficulty as above in trying to add operators. I follow the instructions the video says and get myself to the admin screen, choose live support operator, then i get to the search box where you type in a user name and nothing appears in search box below to add...

...in a previous response the guy said something about them not already being registered and that's where i got lost. Do i have to call cutesoft and register names over the phone or something before they will appear in the search box for me to add them?

...i have sent in several help requests with no answer....so frustrated and would like to add users...

I am not using dotnetnuke like person above...thanks
