Upon connecting to a terminal services machine using remote desktop, almost all of the graphics for the buttons on the CuteEditor toolbar are missing. Clicking on the buttons appears to work ok, it's just a pain because of the missing images.

I have also tried the online demo when logged into a terminal services session and this also has missing graphics.
