 "I have checked your site. I am not able to figure out what caused the problem. "

 

  

   Do you mean this is the full-stop to my problem? I purchased the Cute Editor product, partly is becos of the Online Image Editor. And now, this product does not work in my shared hosting server.

 

  

    There's sure be a caused to the problem for every technical problem encountered. Your company developed this product, and you tell me, "I am not able to figure the caused of the problem". In other way, telling the customer to "live with it".

 

   Please help to debug the problem again. The post send by the original author, mentions some hints to the problem, does it help in your investigation?
