"When you test this example, please clear the browser cache." - Do you actually read the posts written by your customers? Of course I clear the cache - I go as far as rebooting the test systems. That was explained in multiple posts in this thread.
We need this resolved. As always, I am willing to work with you to improve your product and fix the bugs in your product. However, as an Enterprise license customer with a large number of Safari users, we require Safari to be fully supported, and I will be forced to use a competitor's product if you refuse to provide quality customer support. This simply means a more timely and thorough response to questions.
