I was having an issue when I was developing using Visual Studio 2005 and running the site locally on Firefox 2.0 with the built in web server.   The buttons where not displaying correctly on the editor when viewing it only through Firefox.  IE 7 was fine.  I found this problem to be only locally.  When I published the page to the web server Firefox was rendering the CuteEditor fine.  The local URL http://localhost:PORTNUMER is causing a problem with how Firefox renders CuteEditors buttons.
