Hello, is it possible to customize the list on the custormers tab in the operator application?

The reason is that our operators mainly use thinclients, and the frequent browselist updates often cause their windows sessions to freeze.
This could be solved by customizing the list, so they can only see the customers, that are requesting a chat, and not those merely browsing.
