The issue is still there.  You still cannot use code snippets on a new line.  My test environment again: Safari 1.3.2 (v312.6) on OSX 10.3.9.

 

I emptied cache and rebooted.  I tried http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx and placed the cursor after the table and tried the code snippet.  I emptied cache,  restarted Safari and this time put a new line and tried the code snippet.  Same results - nothing happens.
