It's about IE Cross-Frame Scripting and Security.
If you don't specify the target to Same window, Cute Editor can avoid this issue by opening a new window.
If you just want to open the link in the iframe same window. if the link points to another domain, you will get this permission denied error.
Right now we don't have the solution to this issue. We will continue investigating it.
