Ok I have tested using 2 different Macs and found:

 

Issue #1:
>> Without placing the cursor, click on either code snippet - nothing happens.  

and issue #7:

>> Click on the blank page button. Without placing the cursor,  click on either code snippet - nothing happens.

seem to be fixed.  Are these fixes in the latest downloadable build?

 

Also,  issue #3 still does not work:

>> Place the cursor right at the new line after the table, click on either code snippet - nothing happens.

 

For issue #3,  basically code snippets don't work on Safari on a new line.  You can try to reload the general demo page and place the cursor right after the table and click on either code snippet.  No code snippet will be appended and the cursor seems to disappear.  After playing around with the cursor and code snippets,  I tried to reload the page again and Safari crashed with an unexpected error.  Crashes are quite common in Safari with Cutesoft after using the blank page, code snippets,  and formatting in different scenarios.  Performing the same scenarios on Firefox on the same machine seems to work fine.
