i don't think you understand, or maybe we are doing this wrong. But basically we don't want user to have the ability to leave a message when we are Offline. All we want to happen is that if they click on the "Offline" button they either get redirected to our normal Helpdesk logging system or a message pops up and just says "Please log a Helpdesk Call"

 

Can this be done?

 

If so how?
