Hi When we don't have a helpdesk person available we want to change the "Please leave a message" screen to just have a message on there but not to have the form were you can enter Your Name, Email etc...

 

We have changed the "SupportFeedback.aspx" file so that is has our message but we don't know how to get rid of the form bit of the page.

 

can someone please help us with that - cheers
